We at Franklin Flood, LLC (“Franklin”) recognize that the personal privacy of consumers and our customers is very important. Whether you are already a policyholder or are a consumer applying for insurance, maintaining the confidentiality of the nonpublic personal information you provide to us is a Franklin priority. We maintain high standards and safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your information.
Public and nonpublic personal information may be gathered from the applications or other forms you have completed, from information your agent may provide, from transactions you have with us or with our affiliates, and from consumer reporting agencies such as a credit bureau or a property inspection service. We collect and use only that information necessary to meet your insurance needs and to provide you with Franklin’s quality service.
At Franklin, only authorized employees have access to nonpublic personal information collected. Access to nonpublic personal information is restricted to those employees who need to know that information to provide our products and services to you. Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of nonpublic personal information is a condition of employment at Franklin; employees can be dismissed for breach of Franklin’s confidentiality commitment.
Franklin generally does not share nonpublic information about its current customers, former customers, or potential customers with anyone outside of the Franklin Group. We do not, and will not disclose any information about you to anyone, except as required by law, as permitted by law, to perform our underwriting review (that is, to perform a credit check, have a property inspected, etc.), or to otherwise service your policy with us.
